1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using Critical Mass Terminal (the "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of such modifications.

2. Educational & Research Purpose Only

NO FINANCIAL ADVICE WARNING:

The content, tools (including the Stochastic Engine and WACC Matrix), and data provided on this Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

We are not financial advisors, broker-dealers, or registered investment analysts. The Service does not constitute a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security or financial product. You should not rely on this Service as the primary basis for your investment decisions. Always consult with a qualified financial professional before making financial decisions.

3. License & Prohibited Conduct

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial research.

You agree NOT to:

  • Scrape or Spider: Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service or extract data without our express written permission.
  • Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software or algorithmic logic comprising the Service.
  • Disrupt: Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service (e.g., via DDoS attacks or flooding the API).
  • Illegal Use: Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.

4. Intellectual Property

The original code, design, valuation models, and "Stochastic Resilience Engine" architecture are the proprietary property of the Service developers.

Third-Party Data: Market data tickers and macroeconomic series are sourced from third-party providers (Alpha Vantage, FRED). All rights to such data remain with their respective owners.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

READ CAREFULLY:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE ACCURACY, TIMELINESS, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY FINANCIAL DATA OR MODEL OUTPUTS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. THE USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION AND RISK.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE SERVICE DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICE.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Service developers and their affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) resulting from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted international commercial principles and the principles of equity, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where the Service operator is principally located at the time of the dispute. The English language version of these Terms shall be controlling in all respects.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
